As I’ve mentioned before, I’m a full-time health and wellness writer. I’ve chosen this area of expertise because I have an immense passion for helping others live higher quality lives and I believe that, in many instances, this can be achieved by taking care of our physical and mental health.
I also believe that reaching higher levels of health in times of coronavirus and other periods of major stress (like when dealing with death or divorce), it is our perspective that gets us through in one piece. We benefit from looking at what we’re going through not as something that is there to break us, but something that is there to teach us how to bend so don’t in fact snap.
This leads me to the reason behind this post…
I’m currently working on an article for Compendent.com about “lessons learned from COVID-19.” My goal in this piece is to highlight some of the eye-opening things this pandemic has taught us. The lessons that, due to the coronavirus, we will carry with us as we continue to move forward in life.
So, if you have a lesson or two that you’d like to share, please do so below! I’ll share as many as I can in the article, but I’d also like to get a wide variety of responses if possible.
Thanks in advance and stay safe and healthy!
Until next time…
