Update: When to Expect My Posts

In this time of uncertainty, I find comfort in things I can expect. For instance, I know that every day the mail will be delivered between 2 and 4. Garbage pickup is still on Fridays and, if it’s a day that is warm and sunny, the lizard living in the bush outside my office window will poke his head out, close his eyes, and take it all in.

That’s why I wanted to create this post letting you know that I am changing my posting schedule. If you’ve been with me any length of time (thank you!), you already know that I’ve been creating a new blog three times each week. While I believe this has been a great way to start, I am dropping it down to twice a week so as not to overwhelm your inbox. Reducing the amount I post will also give me more time to make sure my posts are thoughtful, relevant, and helpful to you.

With this in mind, my plan is to post every Monday and Friday. I chose these days because I want to give you inspiration as you start your week, and I’d love to help you reflect as you end your week. As always, if there is some topic you’d like me to discuss or something you’d like me to expand on, my ears (and my inbox) are open. I don’t keep this blog just to share my knowledge or experience. I keep it because I truly want to help you create a life that makes you feel happy, healthy, and confident.

With that, I’ll let you get back to enjoying your weekend. Stay healthy, stay safe, and above all, stay full of grit!
